A little about River City Tech Rescue
I've been a computer enthusiast for over 40 years — a fascination that turned into a decade in tech support at companies like Google and HackerRank, from 2012 to 2022, before I set out on my own. River City Tech Rescue is the result: years of genuine interest in computers and technology, combined with a real desire to help people, brought together into one small business.
I run it start to finish myself, which means when you reach out, you're already talking to the person who's going to do the work — not a call center, not a script, not someone trying to upsell you on a plan you don't need. Whether it's hands-on hardware repair or keeping a small business's network and email running the way it should, you'll get a straight read on the problem and what it'll take to fix it.
Some of that gets handled remotely in a few minutes. Other times it means sitting down at your kitchen table or coming into the office — whichever actually makes sense for the problem at hand.

Based in North Highlands, CA, and generally happy to travel to clients within about a 45-minute drive from there. Outside that range, or if it's more convenient, plenty of issues can be handled remotely as well.
